Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + Overtime

We are a leading technical events production company providing sound, lighting, and video solutions for corporate events across the UK. Our services include conferences, award shows, and product launches.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced AV Technician to join our team and play a key role in the preparation, maintenance, and operation of audio, video, and lighting equipment during events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test and prepare equipment in our warehouse to ensure all AV hardware is show-ready and functional.
- Rig sound, lighting, and video equipment before each event.
- Operate AV consoles during events, including sound desks, lighting consoles, and vision mixers.
- Build and configure LED video walls.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues efficiently.
- Occasionally deliver equipment to event sites.
- Maintain a professional appearance and act as a point of contact for clients during events.
- Adhere to health and safety policies at all times.
- Shutdown and pack away equipment after each event.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 1+ years of experience as an AV Technician or similar role.
- Full UK driving licence.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience operating Yamaha sound desks.
- Experience with video hardware such as Barco, Roland, or Blackmagic.
- Avolites lighting programming experience.
- NovaStar configuration experience.
Package Details:
- Salary range: £25,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience).
