Want to work for an award-winning and leading, independent media agency specialising in communication to children, families and gamers globally?

I am looking for a talented AV Executive to join the AV team and play a key role in continuing the success of the department.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Business Director in managing the agency's portfolio of AV campaigns.
  • Being the agency's lead point of contact for key media suppliers.
  • Planning and buying for the agency's largest DRTV client.
  • Leading, under the guidance of the Business Director: the integration of YouTube campaign management into the agency's AV department
  • Assisting team in negotiation of, and manage delivery of, media owner deals/campaign delivery across TV, BVOD and YouTube
  • Managing a compilation of key agency and client reports including buying results and market competitive reporting.
  • Supporting client teams with preparation and presentation of material required for client and internal meetings.
  • Establishing strong working relationships with internal teams, media owners and other third parties.

The Ideal candidate:

  • 1-2 years' UK, media agency experience buying TV (Brand and DR), VOD and YouTube.
  • Proficient in use of TV planning and buying systems, such as DS Media, DS Media Planning, Techedge, K2.
  • Previous experience with Caria and Prisma desirable.
  • Previous exposure to TV to Web attribution systems, such as Adalyser (preferred), TVSquared or in-house tool desirable.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively within a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Good level of computer literacy, especially in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Experience in entertainment and children's media preferable.
  • Experience in working across international territories desirable.
