Butler Rose Public Practice and delighted to be partnering with our client, a well-known and established Top 15 accounting firm, that are keen to appoint a highly experienced and qualified Audit Senior Manager to work directly with partners, and manage own caseload, of larger corporate and group client within pensions.

Role Requirements -
Responsible for managing own caseload in close collaboration with partners, supervision of the audit team, and promoting the firm and its audit services to clients.
Audit of a large range of corporate clients including groups and overseas subsidiaries
Reporting directly to Partners and liaising with other managers as required
Planning, supervision and review of audit and accounts cases including preparing notes for partners
Main point of contact with clients and liaising with clients both face to face and on the phone/video- link/email on day to day issues
Assisting staff with technical accounting and auditing problems
Developing the audit function in Rickmansworth and synchronising with the other offices
Supervision and development of staff and providing leadership to the department
Marketing activities and promoting the firm
Assisting in preparation and delivery of pitches for new clients

Person Requirements -
At least 4 years post qualification (ACA/ACCA or recognised equivalent) experience as an Audit Manager within a UK based Top 15 firm. Trained within Chartered Practice and used to dealing with organisations with turnovers up to £100 million.
Proficient in the use of a range of accounts and audit specific software
Able to deal confidently and effectively with clients, staff and partners
Able to provide on the job training for staff as appropriate
Proven managerial skills and experience
Confident in marketing, networking and pitching to potential clients
