My client, a highly established Chartered Accountants, are looking for an Audit Manager to join their team based at the Doncaster office. You will be responsible for leading and managing audit engagements, maintaining regulatory compliance, and providing high-quality service to their clients. Salary: Up to £55,000 DOE + car allowance

Location: Doncaster

Key responsibilities

• Manage and lead audit engagements from start to finish, ensuring adherence to audit standards, regulatory requirements, and company policy.
• Provide guidance and support to junior audit team members
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and resource for audit-related issues.
• Effectively communicate with clients to understand their business processes, identify risks, and make value-added suggestions for improvement.
• Examine audit work, financial statements, and supporting documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant standards.
• Assist with business development efforts, including proposal preparation, client presentations, and networking events to support the growth of the audit practice.

You must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACCA, ACA, or equivalent) and have previous experience as an Audit Manager.
