What the role entails:

• Lead Assurance team assignments and ensure adherence to pre-assignment instructions, maintaining efficiency and quality according to firm standards.
• Maintain constant Assurance quality and contribute to internal and external quality assurance efforts.
• Promptly report compliance issues or contentious matters to the assignment manager, suggesting potential solutions.
• Provide supervision and on-the-job training for less experienced staff, acting as the client's main point of contact and delivering excellent client service.
• Stay updated on the firm's specialist services, monitor time spent versus budget, maintain technical knowledge, and fulfil professional development requirements.

What I need from you:

• You must be ACA or ACCA part-qualified or equivalent.
• You should have experience in client handling.
• You should have previous experience carrying out Assurance-related tasks.
• You must have proven experience in producing high-quality Assurances.
