Associate Recruitment Consultant

Package: £25K-27K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission Structure (£35K OTE Year 1) (£50K OTE Year 2) (£70K OTE Year 3)

The Role:

• Learning how to effectively map out your markets and conduct effective Business Development activities
• Prospecting for new clients and leads
• Recruiting/ Sourcing/ Head-Hunting top talent on behalf of clients
• Consulting between candidates and clients - coaching them on the interview process, gathering feedback, managing expectations and negotiating offers

The Requirements:

• Graduate with a 2:1 OR 12 months sales or commercical experience
• Resilient
• Competitive and goal orientated
• Financially motivated
• Excellent communication skills
