About our client

Our client is a London-based investor and corporate advisory firm with a broad and global mandate. The firm invests in a range of sectors, leveraging the extensive experience of their team across technology, financial services and impact/ESG. They will also work across healthcare, TMT, industrials, consumer and business services. As part of their vision to build a diversified portfolio of high-quality, ethical private equity investments, they are looking to make additions to their Private Equity & Advisory teams in London. What the job involves

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious, innovative and driven individual to work across both sides of the business. From the outset, you can expect to take a hands-on approach across private equity and advisory alongside experienced senior executives.

  • Managing multiple work streams, making impactful decisions with limited oversight
  • Supporting the fundraising and deal sourcing efforts of the fund
  • Helping the team execute capital raising and M&A advisory mandates
Who we are looking for

  • You have analyst/associate-level experience within investment banking, corporate finance, consulting or private equity
  • Proficiency in Arabic and experience working on deals in the Middle East or with clients in the Middle East would be very beneficial
  • You have strong technical skills, strong commercial acumen and demonstrable knowledge of corporate finance, M&A, capital raising and/or private equity investing
  • You are a self-starter, who is proactive, resilient and a fast learner
  • You have a genuine interest in both investment and advisory
  • You will have strong academic credentials from a leading university
