Quality Assurance Associate Director

Walker Cole International is searching for a Quality Assurance Associate Director to join a leading clinical trials company in the North-East of England.

Your responsibilities as Quality Assurance Associate Director will be:

  • Oversee daily management for the Quality Assurance (QA) team.
  • Develop processes to drive clinical trials and lab operations.
  • Execute internal, vendor, client, and regulatory audits and inspections.
  • Be the point of contact for all quality issues and concerns.
  • Provide guidance and leadership as it relates to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP).

The successful candidate for the Quality Assurance Associate Director will demonstrate the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in Quality Assurance (QA), Regulatory Affairs, Laboratory Operations or related field.
  • GLP (Good Laboratory Practice), and GCP (Good Clinical Practice) experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with audits, compliance, and complaints.
  • Experience Leading teams.
  • Experience managing quality/regulatory departments to regional responsibility.
