A renowned multi-disciplinary consultancy are looking for a skilled Associate Director Building Surveyor to join their Liverpool office.

The Associate Director Building Surveyor role

The successful Associate Director Building Surveyor will become a key part of the Building Surveying team, working alongside blue-chip clients across a variety of sectors including commercial, retail, and leisure, with a significant emphasis on dilapidations.

As the new Associate Director Building Surveyor, you will also have further responsibility to play an active role in fee earning, client management, team leadership, networking and business development.

The Associate Director Building Surveyor

• Proven track record as an effective fee earner.
• Experience in managing and developing teams.
• Strong client management skills with the ability to grow and nurture existing relationships.
• Demonstrated capability in networking and business development.
• Ambition and drive to progress towards Partnership.
