Fram Search is working with an exciting Alternative Investments firm who, during a period of continued growth, is looking for an associate business developer to continue the firms growth trajectory.

Our client is a dynamic and innovative firm who specialise in Structured Products. Well established, this client promotes their products through Financial Advisers and the wealth management community. At current, they are seeking a highly motivated and skilled business developer to generate new business from Wealth Advisers to help the company continue to grow.
  
Responsibilities will include:
  • Generating new clients via various channels, establishing the brand with advisers, and securing a meeting to explain in more detail.
  • Managing the existing relationships, ensuring that they are happy with their current requirements and opening out the conversation where possible.
  • Act as a point of contact for client enquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and map the landscape of competitors
  • Track and report on sales activities
  • Maintain comprehensive notes on a CRM system
  • Continue your own professional development within Investments and be eager to learn more.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a Business Development role especially working with Financial Advisers
  • Knowledge of the Wealth Management space
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Investments (generally)
  • Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
