An independent building consultancy are on the lookout for a career-focused Associate Building Surveyor to join their Birmingham team.
The Associate Building Surveyors' role
Joining a trusted consultancy, the successful Associate Building Surveyor will become an integral part of the Birmingham team, providing support to the existing team as well as supporting with growth aspects and business development.
In this role, the Associate Building Surveyor will work closely with property investors, occupiers and developers, providing the full scope of commercial building surveying services across a range of commercial sectors.
This position is ideal for an Associate Building Surveyor who's looking for a long-term career opportunity, in which you'll be exposed to continuous career development.
The Associate Building Surveyor
- MRICS qualification is preferred
- Experience within a consultancy environment
- Commercial Building Surveying experience is beneficial
