• Professional Social Work Degree and Social Work England registration.
• Knowledge of legislative frameworks and child protection procedures.
• Experience in managing social workers and delivering high-quality services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic case management systems.

• Post-graduate qualification, budget management, and driving license.
