Atrium Recruitment is representing a bespoke housing developer based in Norfolk, specializing in the creation of eco-friendly, top-spec, A-rated homes. With a focus on delivering quality and innovation, our client is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join their team.

The project entails the construction of several bespoke bungalows, each valued between £500,000 to £600,000. These eco-friendly homes are designed to the highest specifications, offering sustainable living solutions in a picturesque setting.

Requirements:

  • Ideally, candidates should possess SSSTS or SMSTS certification, although our client is willing to provide training for the right candidate.
  • Additionally, candidates ideally would have NPORS or CPCS certification.
  • More importantly, applicants should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in residential construction, preferably in a managerial capacity.

Interview Process: Candidates will have the opportunity to meet the team for the interview. While in-person meetings are preferred, arrangements can be made for virtual interviews via Teams if necessary.

Ideal Candidate Location: The ideal candidate will reside in Mid Suffolk to Norfolk, as their work will span across locations from Mid Suffolk to areas like Diss and Attleborough in Norfolk.

Salary: Our client is offering a competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £50,000. They are seeking a permanent team member who demonstrates the potential for growth and progression within the company.
