Job Role: Assistant Restaurant Manager

Our client is currently searching for an dedicated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join an incredible events arena in Bristol City Centre. 
 
The ideal candidate will a passionate individual with the ability to drive their team to deliver the highest standard of customer service.

Each day will be different and you will be encouraged to grow within the team.
 
Responsibilities 
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, including staff management, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Supervise restaurant staff during service, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Oversee the training and development of new employees.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation are consistently maintained.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to optimize efficiency and streamline processes.
Do you have the skills?
  • Either an accomplished restaurant manager or supervisor looking for progression. 
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage trends.
