An independent Quantity Surveying consultancy are seeking an intelligent Assistant Quantity Surveyor as they continue to expand their Surrey office after winning further work across several different sectors.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's Rol

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will support a Senior and Associate Quantity Surveyor with pre and post contract tasks, as well as doing some employers agent work.

Project wise, the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will assist on projects up to £80m, including industrial, healthcare, retail, and residential.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

  • 18+ months Quantity Surveying experience
  • Completed a Quantity Surveying degree (or on the apprenticeship scheme)
  • Able to commute around Surrey (driving licence and car)
  • Basic pre and post contract experience
  • Worked for a PQS/ QS consultancy practice
