A national quantity surveying consultancy are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Quantity Surveyor who is eager to benefit from the practices exceptional APC training regime as well as, enjoying an array of projects.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be joining the consultancy's Winchester office where you will work with an Associate Quantity Surveyor on residential, higher education, and health projects across the South.
Day to day, the Assistant Quantity Surveyor shall carry out a mixture of quantity surveying (pre and post cost management), contract administration, and employer's agent services.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor
- Hold a RICS accredited degree or working towards via an apprenticeship
- 12+ months Quantity Surveying experience
- Experience within a PQS / Cost Consultancy
- Basic pre and post contract experience
- Eager to achieve MRICS
- Driving licence and car
