Salary £35-£45k

This is a full time, permanent role, ideal for somebody who is looking to further their skills and develop their career with a market leading contractor.

The responsibilities of this role include:

• Measuring works
• Submitting monthly applications to Client
• Overseeing and managing the submission of V.O's, quotations or estimates to Client, ensuring that contract SOR rates are utilised wherever possible.
• Raising PO's where required.
• Reconciling / validating internal material cost reports.
• Processing subcontract applications and payment recommendations.

Ideal Candidate:

• 1 - 3 years' experience as a Commercial Admin / Trainee Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor in social housing planned maintenance
• Must have confident communications skills.
• Confident IT skills, proficient in the use of MS Office
