Assistant Property Manager

Clearview Recruitment are delighted to represent a well-established Lettings business in Bristol, currently seeking a motivated Assistant Property Manager to join their dynamic team. We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Property Manager on behalf of our client. In this role, you will collaborate closely with experienced Property Managers, gaining hands-on experience in property management and lettings.

Property Manager responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with letting the portfolio and managing tenant turnovers.
  • Conducting property inspections and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Organising maintenance and safety testing for the portfolio.
  • Renewing tenancies and fostering strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

Assistant Property Manager Skills:

  • Interest in property management and lettings.
  • Strong focus on customer care and service.
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hold a full clean UK driving licence (with the provision of a pool car a possibility).

Assistant Property Manager Package:

  • Contractual Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 am - 5:30 pm
  • Salary: £25,000-£28,000 DOE
  • Use of company pool car
