Our Client

Our client is the UK's largest retailer within their sector and is a fun, people focused organisation who is looking to recruit an Assistant Manager. The culture of the business is supportive, professional and they have high expectations around store standards and customer service. They are currently looking to recruit an Assistant Store Manager in Bluewater who will report to the Store Manager.

Your Role

You will be an existing Team Leader, Assistant Manager or Deputy Store Manager of a customer focused retailer having previously managed at least £1million turnover pa and have a good track record of driving sales through great service and managing at least 15 people.

About You

As the Assistant Store Manager you will be highly organised and enjoy working in a hands on, customer focused retail environment and have a good track record of managing and motivating a team. You will enjoy having a pro-active approach to increasing sales in the store through delivering fantastic customer service. This store will give the successful candidate a strong route to promotion as they are planning to open many new stores.
