Assistant Management Accountant Wanted! 

Are you ready to join a leading manufacturing organization in Burton on Trent as an Assistant Management Accountant? Your role will involve supporting the Management Accountant in financial reporting and analysis, making a significant impact within a dynamic team.

Location: Burton on Trent 
Company: Large Manufacturing organisation
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial statements
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making processes
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Conduct variance analysis and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
  • Assist with ad-hoc financial projects as required.
Requirements:
  • Previous manufacturing experience is essential.
  • Degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Part-qualified ACCA/CIMA desirable
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills
