ASSISTANT EMPLOYER’S AGENT - LONDON

A long established Multi-disciplinary construction consultancy, with 160 members of staff, split over four offices across London and the South of England is looking to add an Assistant Employer’s Agent to their London team. This would be an ideal opportunity for someone with a years’ experience in the industry, as a Building Surveyor, Project Manager or Quantity Surveyor who wants to join a thriving and growing team with a busy pipeline of work. The majority of projects will be new builds and some refurbishment works and you will be carrying out the full spectrum of pre-contract and post-contract services for Local Authority Clients from inception to completion. As well as Local Authorities, their clients include blue chip companies such as Legal and General, Aviva and Close Brothers.

This successful partnership also has a long track record of supporting and guiding APC candidates to gaining MRICS Status on all pathways.

Requirements:

  • 1 year’s consultancy experience
  • Enrolled on RICS APC in Building Surveying, Project Management or Quantity Surveying
  • RICS accredited degree

Salary:

  • £25,000 - £35,000 D.O.E
