Assistant Building Surveyor- Construction

Job Title: Junior Building Surveyor

Salary: £28,000-£33,000 per annum

Location: Sheffield

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior surveyors with site inspections, assessments, and surveys.
• Conduct measurements, prepare drawings, and produce reports.
• Assist in project management tasks, including budgeting and scheduling.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree in Building Surveying or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
