Your new role
This is a newly created role to manage the accounting for an Indian subsidiary which has substantially grown over the last few years. You will be supporting two key senior members of finance with the payroll, balance sheet, P&L accounts, transactions and tax and working closely with the external auditors.
What you'll need to succeed
You will either have worked with a firm that has an entity in India or have relocated from India having dealt with the accounts there. You will most likely be part qualified, have a good mix of accounting and tax and understand the differences between UK and Indian accounting standards. You will also need good communication skills, strong Excel, can have come from an SME, large firm or accountancy practice and can be on a post graduate 2 year visa but NOT require sponsorship.
