Asset Coordinator - Salary up to £35,000

Trevett Services are working with a regional and reputable Building Services and FM Organisation who are looking to bring on an Asset Manager to work on their client site on the outskirts of Salisbury.

They are looking to employ an Asset Manager to join their team and assist with managing the Maintenance System and Assets across the site.

Key Responsibilities of Asset Manager:

  • Support with managing the Asset register for the site, ensuring it is kept up to date at all times
  • Managing all documentation for servicing and repairs, following a filing system for future reference
  • Loading all Asset data onto the internal system, taking notes of service dates and manufacturers details
  • Uploading information on to Maximo and carry out regular reporting on behalf of the Operations Manager
  • Identify and drive cost saving opportunities within the department

Experience Required for Asset Manager:

  • Previous experience with Maximo is essential for this role
  • Higher Educational qualifications at A level or equivalent
  • Previous experience in an FM, Construction or Projects environment
  • Excellent administration skills
  • The ability to liaise with stakeholders across different levels, internal and external

Due to site location and nature of this role, a full driving license and the right to work in the UK is essential.

This is a full time permanent role, 40 hours a week and a brilliant chance to join a national FM company. Salary is up to £35,000 per annum with excellent company benefits additional to those listed above!
