Join an expanding engineering company as a Assembler / Workshop Operative.

In this role, you will work closely with Engineering staff and Office Staff as needed. You'll be part of a small, friendly team and be ready to adapt to evolving customer order requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft Peregrine DL and DS Range Coolant Heaters to exacting standards.
  • Assemble heaters for customer orders promptly and accurately.
  • Support technicians with preparation tasks as required.
  • Maintain workshop cleanliness and organization.
  • Assist in loading and unloading supplies and finished products.
  • Aid in packing items for dispatch.
  • Coordinate returns of faulty items, liaising with the Production Manager and Sales teams.
  • Adhere strictly to Preheat conditions of employment.
Required Skills:
  • Knowledge or experience in Engineering/Electrical skills.
  • Previous exposure to production or assembly environments.
  • Ability to work effectively within deadlines.
  • Methodical approach with a keen eye for detail.
  
Qualifications:
  • Engineering/Electrical skills or relevant experience.
Package:
  • Full-time contract with hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
  • Breaks: 15-minute morning break, 1-hour lunch break, and 15-minute afternoon break, all paid for.
  • Competitive Salary: Circa £23,000 - £26,000 depending on experience.
