Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor.
Location: Coventry, West Midlands.
Salary / Benefits £24k - £40k + Training + Benefits

We are recruiting in the Midlands region for a long-standing Asbestos Consultancy who are now looking to recruit an Asbestos Surveyor. You will be joining a team of dedicated surveyors who have been with the company for several years. The successful candidate will be able to confidently carry out surveys on Commercial, Domestic, Local Authority, Healthcare and High Security site. Due to the nature of the role, our client is open to experience and will consider candidates who are dual qualified, holding the BOHS P402, P403 and P404 qualifications. Consideration will be given to candidates from: Birmingham, Wolverhampton, West Bromwich, Walsall, Dudley, Stourbridge, Kidderminster, Ludlow, Solihull, Warwick, Worcester, Tamworth, Lichfield, Coalville, Telford, Shrewsbury, Leicester, Loughborough, Melton Mowbray, Market Harborough, Beeston, Nottingham, Derby.

Experience & Qualifications:
" Holding the BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent is essential to the role.
" Will ideally hold the BOHS P403 / P404 qualifications.
" Will have extensive hands-on experience carrying out surveying duties on a mixed range of sites.
" Excellent knowledge of HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
" Confident using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
The Role:
" Undertaking management, refurbishment, demolition, and re-inspection surveys on a mixed portfolio of sites.
" Undertaking sampling of ACMs.
" Sending ACM samples to the laboratory for analysis once they have been bagged and labelled correctly.
" Carrying out work in line with HSG 264 guidelines.
" Using TEAMS / TRACKER systems to produce detailed reports based on site findings.
If BOHS P403 / P404 is held you will be carrying out:
" 4 stage clearances.
" Leak, smoke, background, re-occupational and personal airt testing.
" Onsite audits in line with client requirements.
" Working in line with HSG 248 guidelines.
Alternative Job titles: Asbestos Surveyor, Asbestos Analyst, Surveyor / Analyst, Dual Trained Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, Asbestos Consultant.
