£27,000 to £35,000 per annum including a hybrid company car, expenses coverage, and access to supplementary training opportunities.

Requirements: Candidates must possess relevant asbestos certifications (BOHS P402) and a minimum of 6 months field experience. Additionally, Asbestos Surveyor applicants should hold a full UK driving license, exhibit excellent communication skills, demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of HSG264, and be adaptable to commuting and undertaking out-of-hours work when necessary.

As an asbestos surveyor, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys across diverse properties in domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors.
• Compiling detailed reports for clients.
• Ensuring adherence to UKAS standards and compliance with HSG:264 guidelines in all conducted work.
• Cultivating and nurturing strong client relationships.
• Providing technical support and addressing inquiries as needed.
