Asbestos Surveyor - £28,000-£40,000 DOE + Joining Bonus & Benefits - Southwest, extensive travel required.

The Role

We are looking for Asbestos Surveyors to join our growing team. You will play a vital role in protecting public health by conducting Asbestos Surveys and Air Fibre Monitoring across the Southwest, South Coast and the M4 Corridor. This varied role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects in both domestic and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Surveyor:

• Conduct Management/Refurbishment/Demolition asbestos surveys with meticulous attention to detail.
• Explore multiple sites daily to ensure every survey meets our exacting standards.
• Safeguard domestic and commercial properties with utmost care and precision.
• Keep our reports top-notch, consistently meeting our KPIs.
• Uphold UKAS requirements every step of the way.

Analyst:

• Execute various Air Fibre Monitoring tasks, including Personals, Backgrounds, Reassurance, and 4 Stage Clearances.
• Travel to multiple sites, equipped with a company vehicle.
• Conduct Management/Refurbishment/Demolition asbestos surveys with precision.
• Uphold UKAS requirements as second nature, with comprehensive training provided.
• Perform regular QC/RICE slide readings with accuracy.

The Person

• BOHS P402, P403, P404 certificates or equivalent.
• Extensive travel required, therefore flexibility in working hours is required.
• UK Driving Licence (required).
• The ability to work overtime when required.
