Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to oversee sales activities within the Southeast and East Anglia for our clients' professional brands. The role focuses on developing the company’s professional business, achieving profitable growth, managing existing customers, and generating new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, particularly within the professional cleaning industry, and be adept at managing end-user relationships and distribution networks.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Coordinate and execute sales activities within the territory, meeting sales goals and KPIs in line with the sales strategy.
  • Manage accounts and top accounts, generating new business through project and pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with end users and distribution partners, providing product/application training as needed.
  • Maintain accurate account, activity, and pipeline reporting using the C4C CRM system.
  • Engage in sales and budget planning, forecasting expected turnover in alignment with sales management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B sales.
  • Proven track record in handling a sales territory, including route planning and customer management.
  • Experience in the professional cleaning business.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
  • Digital communication skills (Teams, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to network effectively.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong team spirit.
