Hours - 37.5 Hours, 5 Days per Week (Full Time) Monday to Sunday?

Location - West Yorkshire Field Based Role - Supporting Multiple Retail Stores

Are you an experienced and flexible retail professional with excellent organisational and communication skills? The successful candidate will provide manager cover across multiple shops, ensuring sales targets, merchandising standards, and customer service excellence are maintained during staff absences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed sales budgets, and address any shortfalls.
• Ensure efficient gift aid process and adherence to pricing structures.
• Maintain high standards of merchandising, housekeeping, and cleanliness.
• Manage stock, including sorting, pricing, and displaying.
• Lead and motivate staff and volunteers, promoting a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and security standards.

Key Requirements:

• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate teams.
• Strong teamwork and hands-on approach across all store functions.
• IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent record-keeping skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends on a rotational basis.
• Retail experience (Essential)
• Previous experience managing or supervising a team (desirable)
• Full driving license and access to a car for work purposes
