FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY WITH INDEPENDENT AGENT FOR AN AREA LETTINGS VALUATION MANAGER

BASIC SALARY TO £25,000 DOE OTE £40,000

My client, a well-known reputable independent Estate Agent in the area, are looking for a motivated and adaptable AREALETTINGS VALUER / LISTER to join their successful team, based in Rainham but covering 5 offices across Medway & Swale.

Key duties:

• Previous lead follow ups
• Branch referral follow up
• Speaking with investors and landlords
• Canvassing
• Regular mail outs
• Valuing/listing
• Figure reporting directly to the Senior Management
• Booking valuations appointments
• Working closely with the Lettings Teams accross the network

Requirements

• Good communication skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Valuation experience
• Good knowledge of the local area a bonus
• Team player
• Self-motivated and hard-working
• Keen interest in the property industry
• Able to work under pressure
• Well-presented and professional appearance
• Good attention to detail and organised
• Customer focused
