Konker is recruiting for an Architectural Technologist to join an award-winning RIBA practice based in their West Midlands offices.  
 
This AJ100 practice employs over 150 staff, and they have multiple offices across the UK. As a practice, they have won many different regional and national architectural awards recently.  
 
The business has been on an ambitious growth plan over the last few years, growing its architectural presence and offices in different regions across the UK.
 
This is to continue as a business, as they show no downturn in work from the current economic climate! They are swamped within the large-scale residential and student accommodation sectors.
 
The Position: Architectural Technologist
  • Working for an AJ 100 architectural practice 
  • Use Revit Daily 
  • Generous benefits package including hybrid working (Up to 2 days a week at home)

The salary for this Architectural Technologist position ranges from £32K-£39K depending on experience. 
 
To Be Considered: Architectural Technologist
  • Experience working as an Architectural Technologist in the UK 
  • Ability to use Revit and previous experience using it in practice
  • Technically minded and able to hit the ground running 
  • Live within a commutable distance of Stourbridge 
  • Experience in Student Accommodation or large-scale residential projects would be advantageous
