Architectural Technologist

Our client, an architectural practice based close to Durham are currently seeking an Architectural Technologist to join their established team. The successful Architectural Technologist will be working in technical design but will also be required to have Client interaction as well as dealing with other outside Consultants and Contractors.

The successful Architectural Technologist will ideally have a strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit skills are desirable. The most suitable Senior Architectural Technologist will be working from their offices close to Durham.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technologist to develop their career further within a well-established practice that have a variety of exciting projects in their pipeline. Our client has a dedicated and professional team and the successful Architectural Technologist will be an integral cog within the team.

Architectural Technologist Position Overview

• Produce planning drawings & technical details
• Produce work using AutoCAD
• Assisting Architectural team
• Liaising with stakeholders and various professionals
• Work on exciting residential, commercial, leisure and industrial projects
• Make sure all documentation is accurate

Architectural Technologist Position Requirements

• Have a good knowledge and practical experience with AutoCAD
• Good technical ability / skills
• 1+ years' industry experience
• Live within a commutable distance of Durham
• Highly motivated and good working ethic
• Able to liaise with stakeholders

Architectural Technologist Position Remuneration

• Competitive Salary £26,000 - £38,000 (DOE)
