Location: Cardiff

Salary: £27-32,000 Dependant on experience

There is a new and exciting opportunity to join a dynamic chartered practice as an Architectural Technologist on a permanent basis in Cardiff! With a focus on education, residential, commercial, blue light, and industrial sectors, their team offers a supportive environment that fosters agile collaboration. Currently situated just outside of central Cardiff, they are gearing up to an office move to central Cardiff within the year.

As part of the team, you'll collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to bring clients' visions to life while maintaining impeccable standards on site. Your role will involve conducting surveys, feasibility studies, risk assessments, and due diligence, along with preparing comprehensive drawing packages in Revit.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

  • Several years post-qualification industry experience in a UK based practice.
  • Proficiency in Revit would be essential.
  • Strong technical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with RIBA work stages 4-6.
  • A passion for innovation and a collaborative mindset.
  • Enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and the ability to meet deadlines.
