Architectural Technologist

Location: Hampshire

Salary: £37000-42000 (dependant on experience)

My client is searching for a talented and motivated Architectural Technologist to join their expanding and award-winning team in Hampshire. The practice is thriving and has dynamic projects across the residential and commercial sectors.

To be successful in this role, you need to be CIAT accredited or working towards chartership and be willing to travel across the UK. You should have an outstanding attention to detail and a passion for looking after projects from start to finish.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

  • CIAT accredited of working towards chartership
  • Significant experience working as an Architectural Technologist
  • Experience delivering projects across all RIBA stages
  • Able to work independently or within a team
  • Brilliant design and technical detailing
  • Able to oversee the financial control of projects
  • Thorough knowledge of all stages of architectural work
  • Understanding of the UK planning, building regulations, building systems and construction types
  • Knowledge of traditional architecture is beneficial
