Architectural Technician

Location: Cheshire

Salary: £30000-£40000 (dependent on experience)

I am searching for a talented Architectural Technician with excellent technical abilities and an eye for detail to join a friendly team in Cheshire. The RIBA chartered practice successfully creates innovative and complex designs and offers bespoke architectural advice and project management across a range of sectors including commercial, residential and hospitality projects. The team provides imaginative and creative designs to every project and ensures all client's expectations are exceeded.

The successful Architectural Technician will have significant post qualification experience working across Residential and Commercial projects and should bring creative design flare and strong technical skills. Microstation proficiency is essential

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

  • A relevant HNC/HND or degree in Architectural Technology
  • Significant past-qualification experience
  • Strong technical abilities
  • Confident liaising with clients, contractors, stakeholders and the wider team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comprehensive knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • Able to complete projects within deadlines
  • Local to the Cheshire area
  • Microstation experience is essential
