Architectural Technician

Location: Manchester

Salary: £30000-£40000 (dependent on experience)

I am searching for a passionate Architectural Technician with exceptional technical abilities to join an award-winning practice in Manchester. There are two offices across the UK and the teams work on medium to large scale projects across the Residential, Leisure and Hospitality sectors. The practice focuses on providing exceptional designs for all clients.

Th successful Architectural Technician will have several years experience post qualification and should have previously worked on commercial projects. You should boast creative design skills and fantastic technical abilities. Revit experience is essential.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

  • HND/HNC or degree in Architectural Technology
  • Significant UK-based experience post qualification within the Architectural Industry
  • Excellent technical capabilities, ideally using Revit
  • Confident working independently and as part of a team
  • Substantial experience working across commercial medium to large scale projects
  • Able to work across all RIBA stages
  • Technically minded with a keen eye for detail
  • Liaise with clients, contracts and other professional
