Architectural Technician

A unique opportunity has come through to work for a niche architectural consultancy who offer technical and design services to a wide range of clients. They have projects in bespoke residential, commercial, leisure and large scale housing schemes. Due to an expansion in workload from repeat clients they are now looking for an Architectural Technician.

Working alongside a director you will enjoy a varied workload where you will produce high quality technical information taking schemes to the next stage using your initiative. You will work with a broad consultancy team and attend site meetings with clients.

We are looking to speak with candidates who have a good understanding of the building regulations and construction legislations who are literate with AutoCAD. You will be able to work well with clients and hold a full driving licence.
