Salary: £38000-£42000 (dependent on experience)

I am searching for a motivated Architect with a passion for Architecture and excellent technical abilities to join a RIBA chartered practice in Greater Manchester. The creative practice provides outstanding client-led designs across Mixed-use, Residential and Education projects. The friendly team have a range of exciting projects on the horizon and are looking forward for an Architect to join their team.

The successful Architect will have plenty of post Part 3 experience and should boast excellent technical abilities and creative design flare. You should have run projects through all RIBA stages and will be confident leading a team. Revit knowledge is essential.

• Significant experience post Part 3
• ARB registered
• Confident running projects through all RIBA stages
• Excellent technical abilities
• Great knowledge of current UK building regulations
• Previous experience leading a team
• Able to adhere to project deadlines
• Revit knowledge is essential
