Salary: £33000-£37000 (dependent on experience)

I am looking for a passionate and detail orientated Architect with strong technical abilities to join a friendly, award-winning team in Birmingham. The RIBA chartered practice works across a range of scales and sectors including Healthcare, Education, Leisure, Culture, Retail and Residential projects. The team focuses on creating innovative and client-led designs that always exceeds expectations.

The successful Architect will be ARB registered and should have sufficient post Part 3 experience. You will have proven project running experience and should be confident leading a small team. Revit experience is essential.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

  • ARB registered
  • Sufficient post Part 3 qualification experience
  • Run projects from initiation to completion with the support of senior team members where needed
  • Liaise with clients and team members
  • Work with junior team members to help their professional development
  • Develop technical designs to create exceptional design concepts
  • Attend site meetings
  • Excellent knowledge of current UK Building Regulations
  • Revit knowledge is essential
