Salary: £35000-£40000

My client is searching for an ambitious and detail-orientated Architect with a passion for sustainability to join their dynamic team in Manchester. The practice has a vibrant portfolio with projects spanning across a range of scales and sectors, including Heritage, Hospitality, Community and Education. The team has a keen focus on creating innovative designs that are great for the environment whilst simultaneously hitting the client's criteria.

The successful Architect should have sufficient post Part 3 experience and have ideally managed a small team. You should be able to collaborate across multiple teams effectively and must boast exceptional technical abilities.

Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Architect:

  • Professionally qualified and ARB registered
  • Sufficient post Part 3 experience
  • Working across all RIBA stages
  • Lead multidisciplinary design teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Manage heritage projects through planning applications and building regulations
  • Good knowledge of current UK building guidelines
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience working on Heritage projects is beneficial
  • AutoCAD and Revit knowledge is beneficial
