Bennett and Game currently have the pleasure of representing a multi-disciplinary practise, who are seeking an ambitious Arboricultural Consultant to join their ever-growing team in either of their Newport office. Our client is built up from multiple talented Landscape Architects, Ecologist and Arboriculturists, who specialise within a variety of sectors providing a well-integrated service and carefully considered solutions.

Since establishing, this award-winning practise has developed a strong cliental of both repeat and new business, leading to their spike in recruitment. The successful Arboricultural Consultant will have the opportunity to their technical and professional skills in a supportive environment, whilst contributing to the successful delivery of arboricultural services to support all stages of development from initial tree surveys to arboricultural impact assessments, tree protection plans and method statements.

Arboricultural Consultant Position Overview
  • Working closely with existing clients and managing client relationships
  • Generating new business and business development
  • Offering tailored advice and consultation
  • Delivering reports and collating data
  • Running and managing surveys
  • Attending client and site visits
  • Involved in all aspect of projects
Arboricultural Consultant Position Requirements
  • Confident in carrying out tree surveys and report writing
  • Proficient in preparing survey plans in AutoCAD or tree related software
  • An excellent two-way communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • Understanding of protected trees legislation, relevant British Standards
  • Aware of tree risk management
  • LANTRA Professional Tree Inspection
  • A Professional Member of the Arboricultural Association, with a minimum RQF Level 4 qualification in arboriculture
  • Driving license and own vehicle
  • An ability to work independently
Arboricultural Consultant Position Remuneration
  • Competitive Salary, ranging from £35,000 to £45,000 (depending on experience)
