Appointment Generator

The Role: As the Appointment Generator for our Client, you will be responsible for generating leads, data and making appointments for the sales team. They are looking to recruit an Enthusiastic person to work from their friendly office in a countryside location close to Pershore.

You will be working as part of a small team, making outbound new business calls to potential customers and booking appointments for the sales team to visit them. As the business Development Executive you will be confident upselling different products to customers and making regular customer service follow-up calls to check in on products supplied.

For this Business Development Executive role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Some previous sales experience is preferred but training can be given to the right person
• Generating new business leads
• Strong communication skills
• Can take accurate notes and update onto CRM
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Able to prepare quotes for customers
• Can handle a fast-paced working environment with ease
• Works well under pressure
• Enthusiastic and works well as part of a team
