What You'll Do:

  • Elevate Technical Support: Deliver high-level solutions for complex issues within a rich tech stack including Unix, Java, Docker, and more.
  • Ensure System Stability: Take charge of applications both in-house and customer-hosted, ensuring seamless operation and system integrity.
  • Drive Innovation: Engage in change management, automate processes, and participate in strategic deployments.
  • Emergency Response: Be a key player in our rotational after-hours support team, addressing urgent technical challenges.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Educated and Experienced: Bachelor's degree in Computing, Engineering, or a related field, backed by at least 3 years in a technical support role.
  • Problem Solver: Adept at troubleshooting, with a proactive approach to problem resolution and a knack for automation.
  • Communication Savvy: Exceptional communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiencies: Strong foundation in system testing, Windows/Linux system management, and SQL database operations.

Desirable Expertise:

  • Cloud Competency: Experience with cloud environments such as Azure and AWS.
  • Advanced Networking: Knowledgeable in networking principles and system administration.
