Could you manage our Application Services Team?
As a Application Services Manager, you will manage the team responsible for full stack development across various technologies and who are at the heart of delivering first class IT products and solutions to our business. This role is key to overseeing product delivery through our Scrum teams, working closely with stakeholders and product owners to ensure effective on-boarding of work into sprints. Along with playing a vital role in driving forward our culture of collaboration, agile thinking and empiricism.
Here is what we are looking for:

Are you experienced in people management, with a passion for driving personal development, could you lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment?

Do you have excellent organisational skills, with experience in coordinating delivery of projects and initiatives across teams.

Do you have strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and influence teams.

Do you have superb communication skills with a can-do proactive attitude. Being able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, with a critical eye to business continuity and quality of service.
