Our client is a global executive search firm looking to hire an Analyst to join their team in London. This role is perfect for someone who is looking to take the next step in their career as you will gain exposure to a diverse network across the globe. In this role, you will work with Consultants to provide research and assistance on assignments.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As the Analyst, your day-to-day will consist of research and execution of briefs given by clients, alongside database management and close client contact.
  • Work on projects from start to finish assisting with mapping, sourcing, and shortlisting suitable candidates
  • Identify and map target teams and companies
  • Update search leaders regarding market trends and changes
  • Assist search leaders with shortlisting candidates using biographies and market knowledge to back decisions
  • Prepare candidates with the correct tools for an effective resignation
  • Maintain network connections with placed candidates
  • Write engagement letters, shortlists, appraisals, and all relevant documentation for projects
  • Help with pitches, client meetings, presentations, and conferences
  • Keep Salesforce up to date with project progress

WHO YOU ARE

As the Analyst, you must be an organised, motivated, and hardworking individual who can work effectively under pressure. The ideal candidate will be a people person who is comfortable dealing with different personalities.
  • Experience in professional services is desirable
  • Acute attention to detail
  • A bright, innovative thinker
  • A team player who is comfortable taking ownership of their own tasks
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
