With a diverse portfolio and a commitment to innovation, they offer an exciting opportunity for a talented Analyst looking to develop their career in real estate finance and investment.
This Analyst role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in real estate investment and debt finance. As an Analyst, you will be involved in conducting market research, financial analysis and due diligence to support investment decisions. This position is ideal for an analyst with experience and a keen interest in real estate, finance and investment.
  
What you’ll be doing
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and market trends.
  • Attending meetings and site visits.
  • Liaise with Lawyers, Lenders, Facility/Security Agents and other external parties.
  • Assist in financial modeling, including cash flow analysis, valuation and sensitivity analysis.
  • Support the due diligence process by gathering and analyzing financial and operational data.
  • Prepare investment reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team members including Asset Managers, Fund Accountants, Investment Managers to evaluate investment strategies and optimise portfolio performance.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic trends affecting the real estate market.
 
What you need to bring
  • Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and self-motivated individual with a genuine interest in real estate finance and investment.
  • Previous experience in a real estate, finance or investment analyst role.
