Freightserve recruitment are looking for an Airline Cargo Sales person for well established Airline GSA based in the Heathrow area.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsibility for implementation of Cargo Business plan.
  • Selling various Airline’s cargo capacity.
  • Frequent sales calls / visits to all cargo agents and freight forwarders within the region to make every effort to increase awareness of airline client portfolio.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships of clients and customers to support revenue generation.
  • Coordinate with indoor sales team to provide customer-centric solutions.
  • Deal with pricing enquires and rates.
  • Collect analyse and report market conditions, trends and competitor activity as requested.
  • Complete weekly sales reports.
  • Reporting directly to the UK Sales Manager
  • Work closely with internal departments Reservations, Operations & Internal Sales

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Ideally candidate should have Airline, GSSA or Freight Forwarding experience.
  • Have outstanding customer service and sales skills and good understanding of the cargo market.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment handling multiple initiatives and prioritise own workload.
  • Autonomy in the role.
  • Must be articulate and possess good interpersonal skills.
  • Competences in IT programs, strong analytical skills, planning and organisation

HOURS 09:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday
