**EXCITING NEW ROLE**

My clients a global, friendly freight forwarder based within the Heathrow area. They are seeking a AIRFREIGHT OPERATIONS CLERK to handle healthcare shipments.

Duties would include:

  • Handling import/ export shipments start-finish
  • Customs entries
  • Job costing
  • Pre-booking
  • Cutting awb's/ mawb's
  • Liaising with overseas agents
  • Handling key accounts
  • Invoicing clients
  • Updating clients on shipments
  • KPI's/ SOP's

Skills needed:

  • 2 years + freight forwarding experience
  • Import/ Export customs entries
  • Pharma / GDP Knowledge and experience
  • PC literate
  • Good customer service skills

Working hours:

  • Monday- Friday 8hr shift between 09.00-18.00 1 week in 12 on Rota
