Responsibilities: * Provide expert legal advice to clients within the agricultural sector. * Handle a varied caseload covering all aspects of agricultural law, including land transactions, agricultural tenancies, and rural estate management. * Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and dispute resolution proceedings. * Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional growth within the firm. Criteria: * Extensive experience practicing agricultural law within a reputable firm. * Demonstrable expertise in land transactions, agricultural tenancies, and rural estate management. * Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills. * Ability to manage a busy caseload while maintaining high standards of work. * Proven leadership abilities with a desire to mentor and develop junior colleagues.
