Agricultural Senior Associate/Partner - Tier 1 Legal 500 Firm - Manchester About the Role: Join a prestigious Tier 1 Legal 500 national firm's Agriculture team as a Senior Associate or Partner based in Manchester. This role presents a unique opportunity to become an integral part of a renowned practice, specialising in agricultural law. As a key member of the team, you will have the chance to work on a diverse range of agricultural matters, offering both challenging work and professional development. Responsibilities: * Provide expert legal advice to clients within the agricultural sector. * Handle a varied caseload covering all aspects of agricultural law, including land transactions, agricultural tenancies, and rural estate management. * Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and dispute resolution proceedings. * Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional growth within the firm. Criteria: * Extensive experience practicing agricultural law within a reputable firm. * Demonstrable expertise in land transactions, agricultural tenancies, and rural estate management. * Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills. * Ability to manage a busy caseload while maintaining high standards of work. * Proven leadership abilities with a desire to mentor and develop junior colleagues.
